Having said that, if you have any problems with the ordered items, like:
- You haven’t received it/them.
- The size is not what you’ve ordered.
- The colour is not what you’ve ordered.
- The product quality is not acceptable.

I can’t make any promises, but I’ll do what I can to make sure you don’t feel cheated (or, even more importantly, that I don’t feel like I’ve cheated anyone – I like sleeping well at night).
Now, a reasonable explanation for the unreasonable (and definitely unusual) refund and returns policy:
I run this store with minimal profit margins, so any extra return shipping costs and reimbursements would most likely run me into losses. Basically, your shopping here is a way of supporting the BikeGremlin project (websites and YouTube channels).
There have been no complaints so far, but if more than one in a thousand people have problems, I’ll probably just close the shop – I’ve already done what I can to make sure the quality and delivery deadlines are acceptable, so this is as good as I’m able to provide, for better or worse. 🙂
